EPA AE2 - Assessor Question Bank

This video provides an overview of the EPA Assessor Question Bank for the Professional Discussion Underpinned by Portfolio (Assessment Element 2) of the Digital and Technology Solutions Degree Apprenticeship. The question bank supports assessors by offering sample questions aligned to assessment criteria and KSBs, but questions should be adapted to the apprentice’s portfolio and role. Assessors must ask at least four questions, plus follow-up and probing questions, particularly for distinction-level evidence. The question bank is organised into four themes and serves as a starting point to help assessors create authentic, evidence-based discussions.
