EPA AE2 Assessor Feedback Sheet

This video explains how assessors complete the feedback report for the professional discussion. It covers recording apprentice and assessor details, noting whether the apprentice achieved a pass, distinction or needs a referral, and providing written feedback on their performance.

It shows how the sheet aligns with the grading sheet and question bank, with learning outcomes grouped into themes. Assessors record the questions asked, the apprentice’s responses and any probing used. Only the apprenticeship outcome is entered here; the numeric degree mark is added separately in the grading sheet.
